1. Who we are

This website, moa-marketing.com, is run by MOA Group Inc., a Massachusetts corporation ("MOA," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email us at team@moa-marketing.com.

This policy covers the website only. When we work with a client, how we handle that client's information is set out in our written agreement with them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, such as a call request, a site review request or a newsletter signup, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, company, phone number, website address, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop spam.

What we do not collect. We do not currently use advertising pixels on this website, and we do not track visitors across other websites. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as health, financial account or government ID information, through the site. Please do not send that kind of information through our forms.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule the call or review you asked for
• Provide information about our services that you requested
• Send our newsletter or marketing emails, if you signed up for them
• Operate, maintain and secure the website, including blocking spam and abuse
• Comply with the law and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. Today those are:

• Webflow, which hosts the website and processes some of our forms
• FormSubmit, which delivers some of our form submissions to our email inbox
• Cloudflare, which helps protect the site from spam and bots
• Google Fonts and other content delivery networks, which serve the fonts and code that display the site and receive your IP address when your browser loads them
• Our email and business software providers, which store our email and records

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of MOA or others, or as part of a merger, sale or similar business transaction, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

5. Marketing emails

If you join our newsletter, we will send you occasional emails about marketing, AI and our services. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also email team@moa-marketing.com to be removed. We will still send messages you need about anything you have asked us for, such as a call you booked.

6. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run and secure it, such as those that may be set by our hosting and spam-protection providers. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and do not knowingly allow third parties to do so through our site, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any relationship that follows, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. We keep newsletter subscriber information until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only your email address on a do-not-send list so we can honor your request. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you marketing emails

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. To make a request, email team@moa-marketing.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

10. Invitation-only tools

Some MOA tools on this site are available by invitation only. If you are given access, any login or usage information those tools collect is covered by the terms and notices we provide when we grant access.

11. Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

MOA is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. By using the site, you understand that your information will be handled under United States law.

13. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
